MISSION STATEMENT - One of the advantages of my small sized company, I'm the boss, & I make the policies. As a result, I make sure that my products always improve and develop. For the last 25 year, I practice what I call "Prototype Friday". So all days of the week are devoted to production and manufacture, except FRIDAY which is the day I set aside for new ideas. This is the day I look forward to, because production can be mundane.
